I know your post about it was from 2006 (!!!) but I felt like I had to comment about something. Everything you noted in your symptoms not only points to sacrolitis but also ANKYLOSING SPONDYLITIS. The only reason I know this is that my sister is a doctor and I have had injections to treat my sacrolitis and I was discussing it with her and she said she thinks I have this other disease. Most notably it starts at a young age (teenage years to late 20's), and gets worse lying down or sleeping, causes fatigue and can also cause eye irritation and blurred vision.
