Well what shall I say...

Nicole and I are glad to hear that there is a new couple moving in soon. So we won't feel lonely without having anybody next door. I hope we will be able to rely as much as we could on you two. Be it for watering plants, emptying our snail mail box, putting the trash cans out to the street on Monday evenings, etc. All these things will first need to be established again.

But it is not really the "practical" things of life that we appreciated most - they just came in handy ;) Be it having a brief chat, laugh about this and that, hear the latest and greatest gossip abour the "Giants" - just what makes home HOME...

Nicole and I are sad that the two of you are leaving sunny California. We certainly understand and can relate to the reasons behind that - still it doesn’t change the fact that it is always hard to see close friends moving on.

While you geographically won't be as close to us anymore, it doesn't change anything with regards to the fact that you still will be our friends. Forgotten - NO WAY! Nicole and I are sure that we will see each other again - be it once we are in BC or you visiting the Bay Area. I indeed hope that we can keep in touch.

As for me – I’ll definitely look forward to hearing/reading more on your blog...

PS: I like the style you are using – isn’t really hard for me to read…
