hi,
i was wondering if you could help me with the paperwork they asked for. what documentation do you have to provide to show “ties to canada” and that you intended to return?
i just want to be ultra prepared the next time we go through immigration…they can be SO mean!

Hi Julia,

Like Amanda back in 2006 I was recently denied entry in the US for similar reasons. I have tried to contact several different offices for answers and clarification but to no real avail. Yup, np getting in after Xmas. Lloyd and I crossed the boarder together, which I think made it easier, it was also a busy time when we went thru. Besides our 2.5 hour flight delay it was a piece of cake this time!

So glad you made it in and everything is going well! Just returned from Uruguay late last night and asked Bernie if he had heard from you… looks like no news is good news!
